Keep flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. Check water daily and refill with clean water as needed. Change water every 2–3 days and trim stems for longer-lasting blooms.

Excellent customer service. I changed my delivery date 3x and they were graciously helpful. Delivery on time and even called to make when no one answered the doorbell to make sure the flowers don’t sit out in the sun. Flowers and arrangement was a described - gorgeous! I wished florists in the Bay Area offers such service. The 800 florists online only delivers flowers in the box along with the vase. The recipient has to do the arrangement which I think is the main cost of the flowers, otherwise, buy the flowers yourself and deliver it yourself. Plus most florists uses Uber-DoorDash delivery service that’s why even the delivery is very poor. I sent a flower to a very ill patient in the hospital once and the driver called the recipient’s cell and ask her to come down and get her flowers -Really? House of Stemms should open more branches all the way to the Bay Area so we can get QUALITY for what we paid for. Probably more will be inclined to use flower deliveries more often.
