Care Tips: Place your bouquet in a cool location. Don't put the arrangement in direct sunlight, near heating or cooling vents, in drafty places, directly under ceiling fans, or on top of televisions or radiators. Check water level daily, keep the vase full with clean water. Change water every 2-3 days and apply a sharp fresh cut to the stems. This process will insure extended flower's life span.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. House of Stemms always offers a magnitude of variety from which to choose... it makes selecting challenging! However, not only was the chosen bouquet beautiful, it was filled with fresh orchids. The staff at House of Stemms knew they had a fresh order being delivered just one business day after my requested delivery date. They called and emailed me with plans to hold off the delivery to ensure the freshest bouquet could be produced and delivered. Notwithstanding the variety of selection and quality of the flowers, the staff went above-n-beyond in customer service making this a perfect gift for my recipient.

The arrangement exceeded my expectations - and I am a "flower snob" (very picky)! I also was impressed with the delivery time as I asked for morning and that is when they were delivered. I'll be using House of Stems for all of my San Diego floral arrangements in the future!
