Place your arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, drafts, ceiling fans, televisions, or radiators. Check the water level daily and keep the vase filled with fresh, clean water. Change the water every 2–3 days and trim stems with a sharp fresh cut to extend the life of your flowers.

I ordered flowers from House of Stemms, though I had no previous experience with them - they were fairly close to the hospital where my friend was, and I needed something sent quickly. I ordered before noon on a Sunday, and the beautiful arrangement arrived before 3:00. Now that is service . . . and it was a beautiful arrangement - even the hospital employees commented on it. I hope I never have to send flowers to my friend again, but if I do, I will surely use House of Stemms.
