Care Tips: Place your bouquet in a cool location. Don't put the arrangement in direct sunlight, near heating or cooling vents, in drafty places, directly under ceiling fans, or on top of televisions or radiators. Check water level daily, keep the vase full with clean water. Change water every 2-3 days and apply a sharp fresh cut to the stems. This process will ensure extended flower's life span.

My daughter was very pleased with her bouquet of her favorite flowers. Her daughter enjoyed playing with the birthday baloon. I was more than impressed when you sent a picture of the actual arrangement she received. Since I live in a different country I would not have known what it looked like otherwise. There was one issue that I did run into when ordering. Since I live in Canada your ordering page would not let me select my province when it came to entering my card information. It only showed states. I just put it after my street address and was able to continue with my order. I almost did not order from here because of that, but I am so happy I did. I am very pleased with your products and your service. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday happier. Linds J Hefferman
