Care Tips:
Place your bouquet in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, drafts, ceiling fans, televisions, or radiators. Replace the water every day and trim stems with a sharp, fresh cut to extend the life of your flowers. Lilacs naturally have a shorter vase life; it is normal for some stems to wilt sooner than others. Simply remove any wilted stems and continue to enjoy the remaining blooms.

My friend likes the bouquet very much, however to me it is not as beautiful as in the picture. Delivery was on exact date and at a convenient time.

Love! House of Stemms. This is the second bouquet we've ordered in the past month, and a much different arrangement than the first. Both are exceptionally beautiful with very healthy flowers and a spectacular arrangement. The recipients have boasted of their beauty and longevity. I love that I have such an array of choices, can order on line and rarely need any interaction with the staff. It is a very efficient and reliable source for sending floral bouquets.

The driver left the flowers outside the gate. It was not found by my friend's accountant nor her neighbor. We have no idea where the flower went!! I think I should get a refund. Well, several days later with a bit of drama, House of Stemms went out of their way, together with my friend's accountant were able to trace where the flowers were placed. After several days, they were still fresh and fragrant. Before the discovery, we thought they were lost, House of Stemms offerred to send my friend a new set of flowers without charge. We appreciate their kindness, consideration and most of all, their business integrity. We will always use them for all occasions and spread the words to all our friends. Thank you House of Stemms.
